Sally-Ann Huson
Having started with TMI UK in 1987 and since then working not only throughout the UK and Europe, but also in Kenya, South Africa, Canada and America, Sally-Ann joined TMI Australia in 2004 and clearly comes to the business here with a wealth of international experience. Even now she splits her time between local consulting projects and working for TMI A/S, the company's global headquarters located in Greece and Denmark.
Sally-Ann's particular expertise is in the creation and inspiring design of purpose specific consulting solutions, programs, toolkits and train-the-trainer packages. Indeed, before moving to Australia, Sally-Ann held the position of Knowledge and Intellectual Property Director and she remains a Master Trainer for the global organisation.
From initial qualifications in Hotel and Catering Business Administration Sally-Ann added Training, Human Resources and Accountancy qualifications to her credentials working as a Management Development Advisor and HR specialist for several of the larger UK health authorities as well as spending time in the W.R.A.F. This quite varied career prior to joining TMI, coupled with her many experiences within the organisation, has resulted in much of the insight and unique perspective she offers to our clients.
