Simon is a highly experienced consultant in the field of organisational leadership and change. He understands the need to align leadership ability with organisation and environmental needs. He helps clients understand the leadership ability they have, the ability they need and provides the capability to close the gap and keep it closed. He can assess and develop leadership to drive customer/market centric organisations to achieve sustainable success. He has run leadership diagnostics and development initiatives for teams and individuals for a range of blue chip clients globally. These clients include Lend Lease, Sony, Credit Suisse, ANZ, NAB, GSK and the Australian Stem Cell Centre.
Simon has a Masters in Business Management majoring in Organisation Development. He completed a thesis reviewing leadership models most relevant in multifaceted and evolving environments. He is also published in professional and academic journals.
