He can assess and develop leadership to drive customer/market centric organisations to achieve sustainable success. He has run leadership diagnostics and development initiatives for teams and individuals for a range of blue chip clients globally. These clients include Lend Lease, Sony, Credit Suisse, ANZ, NAB, GSK and the Australian Stem Cell Centre.
Simon has a Masters in Business Management majoring in Organisation Development. He completed a thesis reviewing leadership models most relevant in multifaceted and evolving environments. He is also published in professional and academic journals.
